Thomas Alan Johnson (August 24, 1983 in Birmingham, Alabama)[1] is a Major League Baseball pitcher. From Mississippi State University and Jefferson State Community College, he signed undrafted to the Colorado Rockies.[2][3]
Johnson made his major league pitching debut with the Colorado Rockies April 17, 2011. He started the game, pitching 4 innings, allowing four earned runs on six hits and three walks, leaving the game with the score tied 5-5. The Rockies went on to win the game 9-5, with Johnson not factoring in the decision. He was designated for assignment on April 29.[4]
